This is the twelfth session of Strong Towns’ Crash Analysis Studio, a multi-part series to model a new standard of care for cities, towns, and neighborhoods concerned with reducing transportation-related fatalities and injuries. This discussion will feature a crash that took place in Rochester, New York. We will analyze a collision where a motorist fatally struck a pedestrian in an intersection amidst multiple neighborhoods.
