The High Value Serial
High Value is a weekly fictional serial about the drama that unfolds in a small town as it deals with a controversial zoning request. Follow the members of the Chippewa Lakes planning commission as they battle over their competing interests, all the while not understanding—or at times not caring about—what it actually takes to build a Strong Town.
