This is the seventeenth session of Strong Towns’ Crash Analysis Studio, an ongoing series to model a new standard of care for neighborhoods, towns, and cities concerned with reducing transportation-related fatalities and injuries. This discussion will feature a crash that took place in State College, Pennsylvania. We will analyze a fatal collision where a motorist struck a pedestrian near the 200 block of East Park Avenue.
