GILPP encourages leadership and policy driven by compassion and that seeks the well being of those left furthest behind. The theme of this year’s institute is Good Governance in an Urbanizing World.

Charles will present the Strong Towns message during the first two mornings of the conference. He will also participate in afternoon workshops focused on tactically implementing concepts that both GILPP and Strong Towns believe are crucial to developing better communities.
