Jaclyn Cheves
Jaclyn Cheves is the Director of Policy and Partnerships at Blue Zones, where she helps lead initiatives to empower everyone, everywhere to live better, longer lives through sustainable change focused on the built environment, food systems, tobacco, and alcohol policy. She brings an extensive background in public health, policy, and program development, along with a deep passion for advancing health equity through community empowerment. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist with a background in Sports Medicine and 15 years of public health and policy experience working with small non-profit and large health care organizations as well as local, state, and federal government agencies. She launched her career at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as an epidemiologist after receiving her Masters in Public Health from Emory University. Since then, she has found her love for making the healthy choice, the easy choice for people of all ages and abilities no matter where they live.
